Hmm, terus terang pertama kali lihat teaser lagu The Boys nya SNSD saya sedikit kecewa karena tidak melihat warna seperti lagu-lagu sebelumnya (misal Gee, Echo, genie), disini SNSD bertransformasi menjadi gadis yang dewasa dan classy. Tapi setelah melihat lirik detil The Boys, saya jadi kagum sama lagu ini, di lagu ini mengungkapkan kekuatan, ke optimisan dan percaya diri yang tinggi. rahasia sukses mereka adalah "magic touch" ,maksudnya mereka di gembleng di didik dan dipoles habis2 an oleh saat trainee hingga saat ini, dan selain itu mereka pantang menyerah (karena banyak trainee2 yang mundur gara2 gak kuat ngadepin beratnya masa2 training, tapi tidak untuk 9 cewek ini, mereka pantang menyerah dan kesuksesan besar mereka dapat sekarang) itulah kunci sukses SNSD.
